Integration with third-party services

As part of our commitment to privacy and transparency, ORENCloud ensures that any APIs and services integrated into our platform are used in compliance with the respective providers’ terms and conditions, including but not limited to Google Workspace, META Platforms, CloudOffice, Cloud Contact Centre, Microsoft Entra, and ORENDesk.

Use of APIs and data processing

  1. Google Workspace API. ORENCloud explicitly affirms that Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. All data accessed via Google Workspace APIs are handled in strict accordance with Google’s terms of service and privacy policy.
  2. META Platforms API. We affirm that META Platforms APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. Data accessed via META Platforms APIs are processed in compliance with META’s terms and privacy policies.
  3. CloudOffice API. ORENCloud confirms that CloudOffice APIs are not utilized to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. Data processing via CloudOffice APIs strictly adheres to CloudOffice’s terms of service and privacy policy.
  4. Cloud Contact Centre API. We ensure that Cloud Contact Centre APIs are not used for developing, improving, or training generalized AI and/or ML models. All data interactions are compliant with Cloud Contact Centre’s terms of service and privacy policy.
  5. Microsoft Entra API. ORENCloud guarantees that Microsoft Entra APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. Data accessed via Microsoft Entra APIs are processed according to Microsoft’s terms of service and privacy policy.
  6. ORENDesk API. ORENCloud confirms that ORENDesk APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. Data processing through ORENDesk APIs follows ORENDesk’s terms of service and privacy policy.

Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy on our website. Your continued use of our Services after the posting of the revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding the use of third-party APIs and data processing.
