Covid 19 or Relief Efforts
At ORENcloud, we understand the impact that the COVID-19 and/or other crisis has had on non-profit organisations, front liners, and NGOs. To help you stay connected and navigate through these challenging times, we’re offering our Cloud Personal and Cloud Office products free of charge.
With our free offerings, you can perform simple telephony operations on any reliable network, including your home WiFi or mobile internet. We also provide inbound Malaysian and global numbers that you can forward your existing numbers to, so you can maintain seamless communication with your stakeholders.
In addition, our private hosted voice and video conferencing and collaboration tools (chat, whiteboards, project management) will enable you to stay productive and collaborate effectively with your team, even while working remotely.

Eligibility: Orencloud offers certain products and services free of charge to eligible non-profit organisations. To be eligible, an organization must have a valid non-profit status and provide proof of such status upon request.
Use of Products and Services: Non-profit organisations may use Orencloud products and services for the purpose of supporting their mission and activities. The use of these products and services is strictly prohibited for any commercial purpose.
Account Creation: Non-profit organisations must create an account on Orencloud’s website to access the free products and services. The organization must provide accurate and complete information during the account creation process. Orencloud reserves the right to reject any application or suspend any account if the information provided is found to be false or inaccurate.
Product and Service Availability: Orencloud may modify, suspend, or terminate the availability of any free products or services at any time and without prior notice. Orencloud is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the unavailability of any free products or services.
Data Privacy and Security: Orencloud is committed to protecting the privacy and security of user data. Non-profit organisations are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information and any data they store on Orencloud’s servers.
Prohibited Activities: Non-profit organisations may not use Orencloud products and services to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities. Non-profit organisations are also prohibited from using Orencloud products and services to distribute spam or other unsolicited messages.
Intellectual Property: Orencloud retains all rights, title, and interest in its products and services, including any intellectual property rights. Non-profit organisations may not use Orencloud’s products and services in any way that infringes on Orencloud’s intellectual property rights.
Termination: Orencloud may terminate the free products and services provided to non-profit organisations at any time and without prior notice if the non-profit organization violates any of the terms and conditions of this policy.
Changes to the Policy: Orencloud reserves the right to modify this policy at any time and without prior notice. It is the responsibility of non-profit organisations to review this policy regularly to ensure compliance.
By using Orencloud’s free products and services, non-profit organisations agree to comply with this policy. Any violations of this policy may result in the termination of the free products and services provided by Orencloud.
