Usage and Setup costs

Some platforms require a usage cost for example to send and receive messages. These costs are defined by the platform themselves such as WhatsApp. Most of our channels are free for its usage however our gateway providers do charge based on number of potential contacts that might contact you on any or all channels. The plan you will be given is dependent on the monthly active contacts.

This is when customers contact you. When you contact customers (outbound), there will be two costs, template cost and message cost. WhatsApp requires that outgoing messages be sent using a pre-approved template which we at ORENCloud will help set up for you.
